We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bank Teller at our location in Frankfurt, Germany.
As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for managing the daily cash balance, handling customer transactions, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the daily cash balance and handling customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and foreign currency exchange
- Providing exceptional customer service and supporting customers with various queries and transactions
- Promoting digital services, such as online and mobile banking, to customers
- Contributing to the success of the branch by actively scheduling appointments and referring customers to financial advisors
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A completed commercial education or a qualification as a bank clerk
- Reliable and team-oriented working style with high service orientation
- Friendly and confident demeanour with a willingness to learn new tasks and topics
- Experience in appointment scheduling and referral of customers to advisors is desirable
- Basic knowledge of private customer products and digital services is also desirable
