Operations Lead, Investor Relations

Anthropic's Investor Relations team manages relationships with shareholders, prospective investors, and the financial community, educating them on Anthropic's mission, strategy, and financial performance. As the Operations Lead, you'll oversee the administrative and operational aspects of the team, ensuring smooth coordination of investor meetings, events, and communications.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate investor calls, meetings, and briefings, managing calendars and priorities
• Plan and execute investor events and visits with internal teams and on-site staff
• Prepare the team and executives for investor conversations and follow-ups
• Manage vendor relationships for IR-related services
• Track deliverables, maintain IR records, and organise shared materials
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
• Develop and improve processes for the growing IR function

Minimum qualifications:

• Experience in coordinating complex calendars or events
• Vendor relationship management experience
• Strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities
• Discretion in handling sensitive information
• Ability to work autonomously in a newly formed team

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in investor relations, capital markets, or finance leadership
• Familiarity with high-stakes engagements and fast-paced environments
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with investor relations or CRM tools
• Curiosity about financial markets, technology, and AI

The annual compensation range for this role is $200,000-$265,000 USD.
