As the Strategic Planning Lead, you will own the answer to “how much space does AD&S need, of what type, and where?”

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize supply and demand of the current real estate portfolio
• Establish process and structure for raising space requests and vetting such requests
• Pressure test demand against headcount plans, program schedules, and production ramps
• Match demand to supply and work with corporate Space Planning and Strategic Real Estate to close gaps
• Sequence moves and build a plan for who goes where and when
• Create and execute longer-term real estate strategy

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6-10 years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities, strategy, business operations, program or operations management, or FP&A / capacity planning
• Ability to see the big picture and apply it to day-to-day decisions
• Excellent communication and ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior executives

Preferred Skills:

• Experience planning space through a manufacturing or R&D ramp
• Experience sequencing moves or builds with many dependencies
• Strong analytical modeling in Excel and Python or SQL
