FBS Distribution Analytics Deputy Director

FBS – Farmer Business Services is part of Farmers Insurance operations, partnering with Capgemini as the Employer of Record. This role provides critical decision support across the enterprise by gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing data to address business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interprets large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends
• Leads discussions with cross-functional business partners and teams
• Identifies data quality issues and collaborates to resolve them
• Assists deployment and monitoring of complex predictive models
• Leads the transformation of technical data insights into communications and presentations
• Analyzes large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
• Leverages interactive data visualization tools and statistical techniques
• Conducts comprehensive exploratory data analysis
• Develops and implements advanced mathematical, statistical, and quantitative techniques
• Leads the creation of descriptive or explanatory models
• Assesses data quality and data reliability efforts

Requirements:

• 9 years of experience in a similar role dealing with statistical techniques
• Insurance experience, plus banking/financial industry eligibility
• Full English fluency
• Strong experience with executive presentations to C-suite level audiences
• Excellent communication skills
