Vice President-LME Devops

We are seeking a Vice President-LME Devops to provide senior technical ownership for the build-out, operation, and continuous improvement of the LME's strategic application hosting platform.

The successful candidate will act as a senior subject matter expert within the Deploy Platform team, shaping platform design, leading complex technical delivery, supporting production readiness, and partnering with application, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to enable resilient, scalable, and secure platform services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the local Deploy Platform team and providing technical leadership for the strategic private cloud infrastructure
• Designing, building, maintaining, and supporting the Private Cloud Kubernetes platform
• Defining and implementing platform engineering standards, patterns, and guardrails for Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, automation, observability, and secrets management
• Leading complex integration of the Kubernetes platform with on-premises infrastructure, management tooling, CI/CD pipelines, security controls, and low-latency exchange environments
• Driving delivery of reusable core platform services consumed across the LME infrastructure
• Providing hands-on technical leadership for production changes, incident response, and problem resolution
• Guiding application teams in designing, deploying, and operating workloads on the Private Cloud platform
• Reviewing and approving technical designs, configuration, and code changes for non-production and production environments
• Maintaining platform and application security across all developments
• Mentoring engineers and providing technical direction to peers

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in DevOps, platform engineering, infrastructure automation, or production infrastructure roles
• Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience deploying, managing, and supporting Kubernetes clusters and container platforms
• Strong understanding of on-premises infrastructure
• Deep practical experience with infrastructure as code, automation, and configuration management tools
• Broad knowledge of application architecture and associated services
