Description
We are seeking a talented intern to join our team in Balikpapan, Indonesia, for a duration of January to May/June 2027. As an intern, you will focus on performing efficient maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable operation of equipment and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and adhere to safety procedures in accordance with company requirements
- Uphold all HSE standards with zero tolerance for deviations to ensure a safe and compliant work environment
- Learn processes and carry out dismantling, cleaning, and assembling engine components
- Learn and perform engine component measurements using tools accurately and effectively
- Develop and apply knowledge of diesel engine systems to accurately troubleshoot and resolve failures
- Promptly report any improper or unsafe conditions in the workshop area to the supervisor
- Continuously enhance technical expertise in engine repair and overhaul to support departmental goals and deliver precise, high-quality service that ensures customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum enrolment in a technical vocational school (SMK) or pursuing a Diploma 3 (D3) in a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in both written and spoken English

Salary: IDR 750,000 – IDR 2,000,000 (dependent on level of education)
