German-speaking Warranty Administrator

We are seeking a German-speaking Warranty Administrator to join our team in Szentendre, Hungary. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for processing dealer enquiries on warranty topics for all D-A-CH markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

Responsibilities:

• Process dealer enquiries on warranty topics for D-A-CH markets
• Handle dealer enquiries regarding parts goodwill (non-CLP) in accordance with regulations
• Support Ford dealers with enquiries regarding warranty processing or general warranty topics
• Assist in problem-solving for dealers regarding system and process steps with respective departments
• Answer warranty-related queries from the Ford Customer Relation Centre
• Perform changes to vehicle warranty start dates in cooperation with GBS
• Represent the company in all areas of warranty processing
• Send-in deadline extensions for over-aged warranty claims according to internal specifications

Qualifications:

• Vocational training with a technical (vehicle) background
• Preference given to employees from the automotive industry (dealer workshop or manufacturer)
• Deep knowledge of all Ford guarantee topics
• Good knowledge of vehicle technology
• Communication skills
• Understanding of the German Ford/dealer organization
• Knowledge of warranty policies
• Knowledge of OWS-Online
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate
• Native language of the local market and excellent German language skills, as well as good written and spoken English skills
