We are seeking an experienced Product Manager-Technical for Manufacturing and Supply Chain Enterprise Applications to lead the transformation of our critical enterprise applications to next-generation systems that incorporate the latest technologies and AI capabilities.
As a Product Manager-Technical for Manufacturing Enterprise Systems, you will serve as the technical product manager for our manufacturing operations, driving system excellence through automated solutions that advance our processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning product vision and multi-year roadmap for manufacturing systems portfolio
- Driving architectural decisions and technical trade-offs across ERP, MES, PLM, and CAD systems
- Leading cross-functional workshops to define system capabilities and integration requirements
- Translating complex business needs into technical specifications and functional requirements
- Creating detailed PRFAQs and functional design documents for new capabilities
- Defining and tracking key success metrics that demonstrate business impact and value
- Partnering with engineering teams to define technical implementation approaches
- Defining user acceptance criteria and success metrics for new features
- Developing business cases for new capabilities and enhancements
You will also focus on business process and system architecture, driving standardization and simplification initiatives for manufacturing through value stream mapping of transactional processes to guide product development.
Additionally, you will serve as the voice of the customer for manufacturing operations, develop product adoption strategies and success metrics, build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption and feedback loops, and drive change management for new capabilities.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
- Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products
- Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams across geographies and business units
- Experience writing business requirements documents, functional specifications, and use cases
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or another technical field
- Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain system concepts
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines
- Knowledge of data engineering pipelines, cloud solutions, ETL management, databases, visualizations, and analytical platforms
- Experience working with Agile project management methodologies
- Experience in SQL Server/MySQL, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
