Health and Wellness Consultant

We're looking for a Health and Wellness Consultant to create, implement, and monitor AIA's health and wellness programs, providing a distinct employee experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating the current health and wellness culture of the organisation
• Creating and implementing customer health and wellness programs for employees
• Collaborating with Group and Vitality teams for a well-rounded wellness approach
• Identifying potential health hazards in the workplace and providing feedback to relevant teams
• Working closely with HMO or healthcare providers to offer holistic and comprehensive wellness packages
• Developing strategies to promote work-life balance and stress/energy management
• Collaborating with HR Leaders and PH ExCo/ManCom to develop wellness goals and strategies
• Coordinating and communicating wellness campaigns and events
• Evaluating wellness activities and improving approaches
