Sr. Measurement Partner

The Pinterest Measurement team partners closely with advertisers to help grow their businesses through rigorous measurement and iterative learning.

As a Sr. Measurement Partner, you will:

• Demonstrate the effectiveness of Pinterest advertising for large clients within NA Enterprise across Non-Retail verticals
• Serve as the day-to-day contact for key strategic advertiser relationships as they pertain to Non-Retail measurement
• Conduct in-depth standard and custom research studies for Pinterest's Non-Retail partners
• Develop research to understand the relative impact of different Non-Retail marketing strategies and business challenges on Pinterest
• Communicate complex results back to a non-technical client audience and influence client measurement thinking
• Work closely with sales counterparts to deliver measurement-based recommendations to Non-Retail partners
• Stay on top of current measurement approaches and technologies within Non-Retail industries
• Use AI-assisted analysis to accelerate custom measurement investigations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated digital ads measurement experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics
• Expertise with measurement concepts, solutions, and underlying statistical fundamentals
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize across multiple data sources
• Ability to work cross-functionally, independently, with sales, product, and other members of the Partner Measurement team
• Experience communicating complex measurement concepts directly with Partners
• SQL or data visualization experience is a plus
• Proven experience using AI-enabled analytics and data science tooling

Benefits:

• Base salary range: $123,684-$254,644 USD
• Equity eligibility

Note: This position is not eligible for relocation assistance and requires in-office collaboration 1-2 times per quarter.
