Buffet Steward - PTAMI

As a Buffet Steward - PTAMI with Princess Cruises, you will provide excellent quality food and beverage service to guests in assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent food and beverage service to guests in assigned areas
• Set up and break down designated areas as instructed by management
• Show full knowledge of restaurant menus, bar and wine lists
• Assist with briefings before service
• Know cocktail recipes and be familiar with promotional sales or beverage packages
• Ensure designated areas are clean and maintain the overall look of the venue to high expected standards
• Report any complaints or problems to supervisors
• Perform duties assigned by supervisors and senior management
• Work under pressure and communicate well with various passenger demographics

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

• Minimum one year of food and beverage experience
• Attendance at a recognized hotel/catering school
• USPH sanitation courses and understanding of environmental regulations
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of P.O.S. systems
• Command of the English language, both verbal and written
