Machine Operator

We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team at the Red Bull production site in Ludesch, Austria.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently managing our modern dry mixing plant and continuously improving production processes. You will also ensure precise filling of big bags and various packaging options, such as 25kg sacks.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage production processes to ensure efficient operation
• Conduct routine quality control checks to maintain high food standards
• Organize and administer inventory for smooth production flow
• Perform maintenance tasks and support the technical team
• Ensure regular cleaning of work areas

Requirements:

• Completed apprenticeship or relevant training
• Experience in a production environment is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and quality control
• Computer literacy
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Reliability and physical stamina
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Proficiency in German (minimum B1 level)
• Availability for shift work, including weekends and public holidays

The collective bargaining minimum salary for this position is €2,413.11 per month gross, but our salary packages are competitive and significantly higher than the minimum.
