Seasonal Retail Sales Lead (West Town Mall)

We're Squishable, a team of designers, artists, and pop-culture enthusiasts who create cute and unusual plush products. We're looking for a Seasonal Retail Sales Lead to join our team in West Town Mall, Knoxville, Tennessee.

As a Seasonal Retail Sales Lead, you will be a key member of our store leadership team, supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, developing the team, and creating an exceptional experience for every Squishable fan. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Store Manager in delivering a fun, welcoming, and efficient customer experience during the busy holiday season
• Leading the sales floor during peak periods, keeping the team focused on customer service and sales goals
• Driving holiday sales through customer engagement, product recommendations, and strong knowledge of Squishable products
• Supporting seasonal promotions, merchandising, replenishment, and maintaining an organized, well-stocked sales floor
• Managing customer flow and resolving concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach
• Providing day-to-day direction and support to team members and jumping in wherever needed during busy periods
• Supporting opening, closing, and keyholder responsibilities, as assigned

To qualify, you should have:

• 1+ year of retail, customer service, or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for people and creating a fun, welcoming customer experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to stay positive and flexible during busy periods
• Ability to work as a team player, motivate others, take initiative, and jump in wherever needed
• Comfortable receiving and providing feedback and helping keep the team focused on shared goals
• Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Be 18 years of age or older

The pay range is $16.00-$18.00 per hour. The seasonal duration is from November 2026 through early January 2027.
