We are seeking a motivated Network Operations Intern to support our Network Operations team in maintaining the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise network services. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to network monitoring, incident support, troubleshooting, reporting, and operational processes in a real-world environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support incident triage by gathering information, reviewing alerts, and documenting impact
- Help track and update tickets related to network incidents, service requests, and operational tasks
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of connectivity and performance issues under guidance from experienced engineers
- Support planned maintenance activities through pre-checks, post-checks, and validation tasks
- Update network documentation, topology diagrams, inventory records, and operational reports/procedures
- Participate in team meetings, operational reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Shadow team members to learn network operations tools, workflows, and best practices.
