Supervisor Technical Service

As a Technical Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for effectively executing maintenance operations, leading a team of approximately 10 technicians, and supervising external technicians.

Your main tasks will include:

• Providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to your team members
• Ensuring the quality and quantity of work delivered meet the required standards
• Contributing to the development and implementation of the plant strategy
• Analysing problems and identifying opportunities for process optimisation
• Conducting fault analyses and developing action plans
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A technical education at HBO level
• Experience in a production environment and as a supervisor
• Strong technical skills and a hands-on mentality
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
