Inventory Control Specialist

CoreWeave is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join its team in Ellendale, ND. The successful candidate will be responsible for recording and tracking onsite assets, managing logistics, conducting audits, and ensuring that equipment and resources are effectively utilised.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records of hardware and IT assets within the data centre region
• Coordinate shipping and receiving of IT materials and ensure safe storage and distribution
• Conduct ongoing audits of asset inventory to verify accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with operations team to allocate resources efficiently
• Keep detailed records of inventory, shipments, and audits, and provide regular reports to management
• Utilise inventory management software and other tools to maintain accurate records
• Maintain open and effective communication with various teams
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records and take proactive measures to prevent inventory-related issues
• Travel as needed to support inventory management and audits at various data centre locations

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inventory management or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with asset management software
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in a data centre environment and able to move and lift heavy objects
