Description
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at High Peak School, a specialist residential and day school for children and young people aged 7 to 19 years.
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be a key member of a skilled clinical team, providing a high-quality, evidence-based, and child-centred therapy service.
Your main duties will include:
- Managing your own caseload and working flexibly to provide occupational therapy services to pupils according to clinical need
- Developing occupational therapy plans in line with the educational and progression goals of students
- Carrying out specialist Occupational Therapy assessments and bespoke interventions to identify and support the individual needs of pupils
- Providing highly specialist advice and consultation to pupils, their families, and carers
- Training and supporting unqualified and qualified staff in delivering OT programmes
The salary for this role is GBP 32,073 - 49,387 per year.
