Description
SpaceXSI is looking for an AI Tutor to help train and refine Grok's voice and language capabilities in Latvian. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping how Grok speaks and understands Latvian, from pronunciation and natural phrasing to cultural nuance.
Responsibilities:
- Annotate, label, and provide feedback on multilingual audio clips, voice recordings, and speech samples using proprietary tools.
- Translate and localize text from English into Latvian, with attention to accuracy, natural phrasing, and cultural fit.
- Help produce clear, natural audio data that accurately captures linguistic and prosodic details such as intonation, rhythm, and accent.
- Collaborate with technical staff to refine annotation guidelines and tools for handling accents, background noise, speech variation, and multilingual audio.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Latvian at CEFR C1 level or higher.
- English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or higher.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Native proficiency in Latvian.
- English proficiency at CEFR C1 level or higher.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: advanced transcription or audio annotation, translation or localization work, voice recording, voice acting, podcasting, or related audio production.
Location and Other Expectations:
- This is a remote role which may be performed from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, or Australia.
- The role may be offered as a full-time or part-time position, depending on business needs and candidate availability.
Compensation and Benefits:
- US-based candidates: $35/hour - $45/hour depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, education, geographic location, and qualifications.
