Specialist - PMO

The PMO role will support governance, planning, and delivery oversight for strategic programs within VCC. The position ensures alignment with organizational objectives, manages project standards, and facilitates smooth execution across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Governance and Reporting framework for VCC
• Develop and maintain PMO frameworks, templates, and processes
• Track program milestones, risks, and dependencies, providing regular status updates to leadership
• Plan and coordinate demand intake and resource planning for initiatives and various engagements
• Facilitate SteerCo and governance meetings, preparing decks and progress reports
• Ensure quality assurance by monitoring adherence to PMO standards and compliance requirements
• Support audits and reviews for program documentation and delivery metrics
• Assist with change management and communication for all builds and engagements

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience in mid-size GCC transformation programs or PMO environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global setting
• Certifications in Project management will be an advantage
