Director of Product Management, Fan Care Community

Electronic Arts' Fan Care organisation helps fans get the most fun from their games. We're looking for a Director of Product Management, Fan Care Community to lead our product management organisation.

You'll report to the Sr Director of the Fan Care Community organisation and work with team members to improve fan community experiences, including community engagement and safety. You'll get insight from external partners to help EA achieve its goals and exceed fan expectations.

As a Director of Product Management, you will:

• Define and communicate the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for EA's Fan Care Community product portfolio
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers
• Build trusted partnerships across Engineering, Design, Community, Studios, Player Safety, Fan Intelligence, and Executive Leadership
• Champion customer-centric product development through fan research, analytics, experimentation, and emerging technologies
• Lead portfolio prioritisation and investment decisions
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, and outcomes to senior leadership

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Product Management experience leading customer-facing digital products or product portfolios
• 5+ years leading and developing a team of Product Managers
• Experience defining product strategy, influencing executive stakeholders, and delivering measurable customer and business results
• Experience in gaming, entertainment, digital communities, customer experience, Trust & Safety, or AI-powered products
