Description
We are seeking a Buyer to join our Health & Wellness team at Target. As a Buyer, you will drive omnichannel growth by developing profitable, guest-focused assortments and strategies. You will leverage insights into shopping behaviors, competitive trends, and business performance to identify opportunities, influence vendor partnerships, and deliver results.
The pay range for this role is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00 per year, based on several factors including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.

The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree or equivalent experience, 1+ year of Merchandising experience, strong strategic and analytical skills, and strong collaboration skills.
This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs, requiring work to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location and virtually.
