Description
As a Manager Store Real Estate & Construction at Coolblue, you will run the entire portfolio of store construction and renovation. You will lead a team of project leaders and coordinators. Your responsibilities include setting up processes and templates to enable scalable construction, identifying risks early, and collaborating with various departments such as Formula Management, Store Operations, IT, and Finance. Example projects include building new stores, renovating existing ones, managing relocations, setting up framework contracts with construction partners, and implementing process improvements.

Requirements:
- HBO or WO level and 5-7 years of experience in retail projects
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong planning, analysis, and stakeholder management skills
- Decisive, with a clear overview and direction
- Ability to develop teams and provide clear guidance
- Fluent in Dutch
