Senior Manager, Treasury Operations

We're seeking a Senior Manager of Treasury Operations to lead the team responsible for cash, middle office, trade finance, and banking operations. This role reports to the Director of Treasury Operations and involves forming the team, defining roles and responsibilities, and setting operating standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily treasury operations cycle, including wire approvals, cash positioning, funding decisions, and transaction settlements.
• Lead a team that settles FX and investment transactions and oversees bank account activity.
• Handle operational exceptions, counterparty disputes, and funding decisions, collaborating with Finance, Legal, Tax, and external banking partners.
• Coordinate trade finance coverage requirements, such as guarantees and letters of credit.
• Ensure SOX compliance, prepare audit results, and implement internal controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in treasury operations, corporate finance, or a related field.
• 4+ years of management experience in treasury operations or cash management.
• Proven track record of managing daily operations at scale.
• Experience with banking relationships and global account structures.
• Ability to make high-stakes decisions under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a large-cap technology company's treasury department.
• Understanding of bank products, regulatory requirements, and payment systems.
• Familiarity with SAP, FXAll, FIS, or similar treasury platforms.
• Exposure to treasury workflow tooling or TMS requirements.
