This is a highly impactful, hands-on role where you’ll own analytics strategy, influence product direction. You will closely work with the Clinician Enablement & Ecosystem Product team to deliver measurable business impact and make data-driven decisions assisting in reporting needs, optimizing product experiences, feature prioritization, and strategy through some light experimentation and data analysis. The role will also work closely with some of our Ireland-based product teams.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Expert-level SQL skills with experience analyzing large, complex datasets (1-3 years of experience)
- Experience with Power BI (1-3 years)
- Python experience for analytics (e.g., Jupyter notebooks, pandas) (1-3 years)
- Stakeholder management experience: building relationships and interpreting technical details for a non-technical audience (1-2 years)
- Familiarity with Claude Code or similar AI tools
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Mixpanel/Adobe Analytics
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, and proactiveness in problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DBT or similar data engineering
- Basic knowledge of A/B testing
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
