ASSOCIATE PREMIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER RM2

We are seeking an experienced Associate Premier Relationship Manager to join our team in Shanghai. As an Associate Premier Relationship Manager, you will develop our Premier customer base, establish long-term relationships with assigned Premier clients, manage their total wealth by matching financial and investment product solutions to their needs, promote our Premier Service to potential customers, and support branch improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with Premier clients
• Manage clients' total wealth by matching financial and investment products to their needs
• Promote Premier Service to potential customers and make referrals to other business units
• Support branch improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with audit requirements and quality assurance

Qualifications:

• University-level education in finance, business, or a related discipline
• Experience in a client-facing environment with excellent relationship-building capability
• Strong sales and customer orientation with good communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of customer-centricity with dedication to delivering exceptional quality services
• Good understanding and strong interest in financial markets
• Mature and independent mindset with ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong commercial orientation with acute interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
