Senior Officer, Data Analytics

Prudential is seeking a Senior Officer, Data Analytics to drive advanced analytics initiatives across customer servicing and policy administration.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and enforcing robust data governance frameworks
• Analysing multi-channel customer interaction data to identify behavioural patterns and service bottlenecks
• Leveraging policy administration data to optimise workflows and reduce turnaround times
• Designing and implementing machine learning models for churn prediction and service demand forecasting
• Building dynamic dashboards and KPI scorecards for real-time monitoring of service quality and customer satisfaction metrics
• Partnering with operations, IT, and customer experience teams to translate analytics into actionable strategies
• Implementing rigorous data validation protocols to maintain high standards of data quality
• Ensuring analytics processes adhere to data privacy regulations and industry standards
• Championing automation of reporting and analytics workflows using advanced BI tools and scripting
• Presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and precision
