Description
We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target, including Guest Advocate, General Merchandise Expert, Fulfillment Expert, Style Consultant, Inbound Expert, Food & Beverage Expert, and Tech Consultant.
Job Details The starting hourly rate is $15.50 USD per hour. From 09/20/26 to 01/02/2027, non-exempt team members will be eligible to receive a temporary additional $1 on top of an existing $1/hr shift differential for eligible overnight or early morning hours worked.
Responsibilities As a team member at Target, you will:
- Provide excellent guest service and support a guest-first culture across the store
- Gain experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
Requirements To succeed in this role, you should:
- Have a welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members
- Be able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Pay attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Have a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and maintain regular attendance
