Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager with Freshworks, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue through strategic outreach and relationship building. You will identify and conduct outreach with prospects, facilitate qualification calls, and create early-stage pipeline for Freshworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritise and target accounts using an intent-based approach and various research tools
• Conduct cold outreach to prospects via phone, email, and social selling
• Qualify prospects at all levels, including C-level executives, using BANT and MEDDPICC
• Manage inbound leads from different sources, qualifying in and out for sales
• Create qualified opportunities for the sales organisation
• Develop a strong relationship with Account Executives
• Become an expert on Freshworks' product and service offerings and effectively communicate their value to prospects
• Accurately record all interactions and activities in the CRM
• Meet and exceed quarterly quota targets

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
• Experience researching, cold-calling, and qualifying accounts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and objection-handling abilities
• Experience facilitating qualifying conversations with prospects
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results

Additional Information:

• $53,200 - $66,000 Base Salary
• Eligible for variable compensation
