We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000-110,000 per year, depending on the state. Our BCBAs work in a hybrid setup, providing services across various states, including Colorado, Georgia, Indiana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Utah, Virginia, and Maryland.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
- Design treatment plans of care
- Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians
- Develop positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with individualised goals
- Supervise and train ABA technicians, implementing and monitoring progress
- Provide supportive care during family conversations, ensuring understanding of assessment results and treatment recommendations
- Analyse data, adjust strategies, and provide routine progress summaries
Requirements
- Valid BCBA certificate
- Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
- Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license
