Description
We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target, offering a starting hourly rate of $17.00 USD per hour and a pay range of $17.00 USD - $25.50 USD per hour.
As a team member at Target, you will be part of a sales force that provides tailored suggestions and solutions to guests, or work in a role that focuses on guest experience and service. You will have the opportunity to gain knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business operations, and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service and support a guest-first culture across the store
- Execute daily and weekly workloads to meet business priorities and sales goals
- Stock, set, and sell Target products
- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests
Requirements:
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly and efficiently
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
Additional requirements:
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including lifting or moving up to 40 pounds
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
