Warehouse Lead

As a Warehouse Lead, you will be an important member of our operation, assisting supervisors and managers with the development and management of hourly associates. You will have warehousing experience and a proven track record in a leadership role. The successful candidate must be technology-oriented and possess strong attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include helping run department operations and leading the department when supervisors and managers are away.

Responsibilities:

• Assist supervisors and managers with associate development and management
• Help run department operations
• Lead department in the absence of supervisors and managers

Requirements:

• 1+ year in a leadership role
• 1+ year of warehousing experience
• Ability to stand for most of the day
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Inventory experience
• Cycle counting
• Detailed-oriented
• Inventory management systems
• Problem solver
