Sr Customer Development Rep Shanghai PUD Sub-branch

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Development Representative at the Shanghai PUD Sub-branch. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of Premier Acquisition strategies, acquiring new-to-bank customers via central or self-generated leads, and delivering high-quality service to our highest-value personal clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing strong working relationships with relevant business areas
• Delivering high-standard customer service to meet customer satisfaction
• Completing simple retail sales
• Acquiring new-to-bank customers

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least one year of proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience
• Sound knowledge of various forms of deposits, WEM products, mortgages, etc.
• Knowledge of the constantly changing laws and regulations governing banks and the finance industry, consumer trends, competitor offerings, economic and foreign currency markets
• Strong presentation and sales skills
• Objection-handling techniques and ability to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service orientation
