Senior CONSULTANT SPECIALIST

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior CONSULTANT SPECIALIST.

Principal responsibilities:

• Undertake software ecosystem management and maintenance for enterprise-level financial systems, ensuring the standardization, stability and sustainability of the overall technical system.
• Conduct professional requirement analysis and translate business requirements into clear, implementable technical solutions.
• Complete system architecture design, module design and database design independently for assigned project modules.
• Develop and maintain highly available microservice APIs, guarantee the standardization and security of interface interaction.
• Promote and implement automated testing solutions, build efficient automated testing processes to ensure delivery quality.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipeline via Jenkins, promote Docker containerized deployment and online application management.
• Optimize system resilience, including fault tolerance, disaster recovery and high availability construction, to ensure stable system operation.
• Carry out targeted system performance optimization, solve bottlenecks in high-concurrency business scenarios.
• Participate in technical review, problem troubleshooting and key project delivery, support the smooth progress of large-scale R&D projects.

Requirements:

• Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields from a 985 university in China.
• Work Experience: Exactly 10 years of hands-on Java development experience, with full-process software development practice capabilities.
• Technical Skills:
• Solid Java programming foundation, proficient in mainstream development frameworks and system design methodologies.
• Rich experience in microservice API design, development and maintenance.
• Familiar with automated testing implementation and related tool chains.
• Proficient in Jenkins Pipeline for CI/CD construction and Docker containerization deployment.
• Experienced in system resilience optimization and performance tuning in enterprise-level project scenarios.
• Capable of independent requirement analysis, system design, core development, joint debugging and online maintenance.
• Language Ability: Required English proficiency in reading, writing, listening and speaking, capable of daily work communication, technical document reading and cross-team collaboration in English.
• Comprehensive Ability: Experience in participating in or leading large-scale technical R&D projects, strong problem-solving skills and teamwork awareness.
