We're looking for an Electromechanical Technician to join our team. You'll assemble and disassemble electric powertrain systems and instrumentation, advise on design, set up and utilize test equipment, perform component assembly inspections, and contribute to improving workshop standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assembling and disassembling electric powertrain systems and instrumentation
- Advising on the design of assemblies, components, and testing
- Setting up and utilizing test equipment, including digital multimeters, HIPOT machines, and power supplies
- Performing component assembly inspections and complete documentation
- Contributing to improving workshop standards, protocols, and processes
Minimum qualifications:
- Proficiency using mechanical and electric hand tools
- Experience in building and troubleshooting electromechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and product data sheets
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work extended hours as needed
Bonus qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Experience with welding, composites, or interiors
