Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team in Hyderabad. As a Financial Analyst, you will report to the Manager, FP&A and play a key role in providing financial insight, reporting, and guidance to the business.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the onshore services team in monthly/quarterly forecast and annual planning processes
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of reporting deliverables in advance of Quarterly Business Reviews, MBRs, etc.
• Discuss plan and forecast numbers with business leaders and load them into the system
• Report actuals, compare them with plan/latest forecast, and provide commentary for major variances
• Provide heads up to leaders on unforeseen expenses
• Review monthly financial actuals, identify accounting adjustments, and partner with accounting to ensure accurate month-end journal entries

Requirements:

• Good to have Master's degree in Finance, but not mandatory; Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting related field preferred
• 3-5 years of related Financial and FP&A experience
• Demonstrated passion for learning and growing
• Highly motivated with an ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities
• Comfortable building analysis based off data from multiple sources
• Extreme attention to detail with a rigorous process for review of accuracy
• Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
• Adept in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Anaplan and/or Power BI is a plus
