Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.
You'll work in a part-time role with varying shifts: Wednesday 04:00 - 08:00, Thursday 04:00 - 08:00, Friday 04:00 - 08:00, and Saturday 04:00 - 08:00.
As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and drive sales growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products
- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Working collaboratively as part of a team
- Adapting to changing demands in the retail environment
