Events Lead - Brazil

ElevenLabs is looking for an Events Lead to plan and execute impactful events across Brazil. The goal is to deepen the company's presence, drive brand awareness, and generate high-quality pipeline in partnership with the Brazil GM and GTM teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute event plans aligned with business objectives across São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and key Brazilian markets
• Organise third-party conferences, owned branded events, and strategic dinners with key customers and prospects
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and GTM teams for seamless execution
• Create compelling event messaging that resonates with Brazilian business audiences
• Manage event budgets and timelines end to end
• Analyze event performance and provide recommendations for future improvements
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and vendors across Brazil

Requirements:

• 5+ years events experience, with at least three in tech event marketing
• Native Portuguese speaker, English fluency required
• Deep knowledge of the Brazilian tech ecosystem and key industry events including events in São Paulo and beyond
• Experience working with Brazilian event agencies and production partners
• Based in São Paulo preferred
