Senior Logistics Manager, Middle East

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager, Middle East to build, lead and improve its regional logistics function within the Middle East (ME) region.

This role will establish and scale a high-performance ME logistics network, ensuring the company can operate quickly and reliably across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Own and lead all logistics operations across the Middle East region.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regional transportation and logistics strategy.
• Partner with global logistics leadership to align regional execution with enterprise strategy and objectives.
• Partner with regional Operations and Business Line teams to coordinate logistics across various geographies.
• Develop and execute carrier strategy across all required modes including over the road, air, ocean, and parcel.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and last-mile providers.
• Drive service level performance, cost optimization, and capacity planning.
• Design and optimize distribution flows, routing strategies, and transportation service offerings.
• Identify opportunities for network efficiency and cost reduction.
• Build scalable processes to support rapid growth and program expansion.
• Lead regional logistics sourcing and procurement efforts in collaboration with the enterprise logistics strategy and team.
• Run RFPs, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor performance.
• Own regional logistics spend and deliver against cost targets.
• Establish and track KPIs (cost, service, transit time, reliability).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the logistics network.
• Implement tools and reporting to increase visibility, control and standard work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field (master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, with Middle East experience.
• Proven ability to build and scale logistics operations in a regional or international environment, with a strong focus on the Middle East region.
• Experience scaling logistics in early-stage or rapidly growing organizations.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
