We're looking for a Business Development Lead to support our business development efforts by translating client needs into well-structured MarTech and data solutions.
Job Description
Strategy & Market Intelligence
- Review business plans and execute local go-to-market strategies, identifying key channels and technology vendors to partner with.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in MarTech and cross-border e-commerce to provide strategic recommendations.
- Represent the company at industry events to build brand visibility and a strong business pipeline.
Consultative Sales & Solution Design
- Analyse prospective clients' pain points in marketing and data applications to propose precise MarTech, CDP, CRM, or Data Analysis solutions.
- Translate complex client requirements into actionable solution blueprints and proposals.
- Lead client pitches, RFP responses, and presales presentations, articulating the value proposition effectively to senior stakeholders.
Pipeline Management & Partnerships
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, leading conversations with strategic prospects.
- Nurture long-term relationships with senior clients and key technology partners to accelerate deal velocity and expand cooperation.
- Establish and optimize standardized proposal processes and knowledge bases to enhance team efficiency.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Orchestrate internal resources to ensure proposals are technically sound and commercially viable.
- Collaborate with regional and global offices to manage multi-market accounts and align on global best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B consultative sales, business development, or presales roles.
- Background in Digital Agencies, Consultancy Firms, or MarTech SaaS companies is essential.
- Familiarity with the MarTech ecosystem, including CDP, CRM, DMP, GA4, Data Middle Platforms, and Customer Journey Optimization.
- Experience with Data Visualization tools and Marketing Clouds is highly preferred.
- Native Chinese speaker and business-level proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn abstract requirements into concrete project scopes.
- High business acumen with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Agile and adaptable to a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
