Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations at Llanelli Parc Trostre RP. You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing stock and deliveries to ensure the shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for customers
- Working flexibly across the store where needed, adapting to changing demands
- Using digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently
- Collaborating with colleagues across the store to support the wider team
As a Customer Assistant in Operations, you'll need to be:
- Physically able to handle a demanding role
- Flexible and able to work varied shifts, including early mornings
- Digitally confident and comfortable using technology to manage stock and deliveries
- A team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
