Hospital Operations Services Supervisor

MediCard Phils., Inc., a leading HMO founded and run by doctors, is seeking a Hospital Operations Services Supervisor.

The successful candidate will supervise, assist, and monitor Field Liaison Officers and Senior Liaison Officers in their areas of responsibility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Approving in-patients information sheets
• Monitoring activities of In-house Liaison Officers during weekends or holidays
• Monitoring activities of Field Liaison Officers, including data gathering for in-patients, attendance and tardiness of team members, and checking the location of team members
• Preparing, issuing, and signing LOAs
• Encoding and updating data into the system
• Preparing and checking itinerary reports
• Ensuring timely submission, completeness, integrity, and consistency of paperwork
• Mediating between approving officers and field liaison officers regarding in-patient approval status
• Providing assistance to Liaison Officers as needed
• Providing training to Liaison Officers
• Creating harmony within the team for optimal productivity
• Checking all documents needed for ISO audit

Requirements:

• Graduate of any 4-year medical course
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinic setting or working in an HMO
• Above-average communication and empathic skills
• Good negotiator, flexible, and able to multi-task
• Analytic, systematic, and organized
