Development Manager - EA Sports FC

We are seeking a Development Manager to lead the art team for EA SPORTS FC, ensuring timely and budgeted delivery of game features and assets.

As a Development Manager, you will:

• Manage a team of artists, software engineers, and external partners
• Anticipate bottlenecks and prioritize projects to meet technical constraints
• Identify team issues and suggest solutions to improve efficiency
• Ensure project setups meet studio specifications and report status updates
• Establish engagement processes using Jira and train staff
• Collaborate with production, QV, and art directors to meet game quality targets

Requirements:

• 3+ years of project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, game development, business, or 3D arts
• Experience in Scrum/Agile software development and Jira/Jaas
• Proven track record of managing concurrent projects and teams
• Experience with outsource vendors and remote teams is an asset
