Bilingual Physical Therapist - Outpatient

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic in Tampa, Florida.

At PT Solutions, we're committed to expanding access to transformative care and supporting the professional growth of our clinicians. You'll work with a diverse caseload, from orthopedic to sports medicine and pelvic health to neurologic rehab.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $78,000 - $90,000/year
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 available
