Distribution Clerk

We are seeking a Distribution Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis, working on our traveling show unit.

As a Distribution Clerk, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the tour's inventory, including issuing, receiving, reporting, and reconciling.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain and secure all inventory for the unit, ensuring that all procedures around inventory controls are completed correctly
• Oversee all shipping and receiving of the unit's inventory, verifying inbound and outbound shipment quantities
• Supervise the Stockperson and ensure that all responsibilities are being completed, including inventory transfers and load-in/load-out processes
• Assist the manager in identifying secure locations for storage of stock, equipment, and trailers
• Complete all administrative duties associated with inventory control, including maintaining documentation and updating required systems
• Maintain the tour's trailers, ensuring they are kept clean, neat, and organized
• Provide support to the sales team as needed during shows
• Assist the manager in ensuring that company policies and procedures are being followed
• Fulfill pre-sold and digital orders, checking reports and assembling products as required

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of shipping and receiving experience, with warehouse and/or inventory management preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Valid passport
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and various computer programs
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods, climb stairs, and lift 50lbs
• Ability to communicate on various organizational levels with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally 90-100% of the time
