Job Summary

You will support the execution and operational management of foreign trade, local currency credit, and international guarantees operations, contributing to the correct processing of transactions and the efficiency of area processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the processing and control of ACC/ACE, NCE, Import and Export Letters of Credit, and International Guarantees operations.
• Monitor the flow of real credit operations, from booking to liquidation.
• Validate documents according to UCP 600, ISBP, and applicable policies.
• Process SWIFT messages and register transactions in internal systems.
• Assist in preparing reports and statistics.
• Interact with Commercial, Sales, Legal, and other internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Advanced English language skills – daily written contact with HSBC global teams is required;
• Spanish language skills will be considered a plus;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
• Proactive, organised, and execution-oriented profile;
• Ability to work in a team and interact with different areas;
• Report and presentation preparation skills.
