Description
Electronic Arts is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be a foundational member of the design team, owning outcomes, design practices, and quality standards across several vertical and horizontal teams.
You will lead solution discovery, design highly polished experiences, and collaborate closely with adjacent teams to align with the overall product vision. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI, or related fields, with a strong passion for gaming and interactive entertainment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning team-level outcomes and delivering end-to-end design solutions with minimal supervision
- Influencing the product direction of your specific problem space through discovery activities and collaborative workshops
- Bridging cross-functional partners and articulating the Design Team's values, processes, and design rationales
- Designing intuitive, elegant, and precise user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using established design systems and cutting-edge design tools
- Supporting the craft by participating in peer design feedback and critiques
