Description
As a Machine Operative at Morrisons, you will work within the production team to maintain and run the production lines, ensuring quality products are produced for customers in a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment.
You will run the production line, conduct system set-ups and calibration to ensure orders are met and compliant, and aim to maximise overall equipment effectiveness to reduce waste, downtime, and giveaway.
The shift pattern is Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday and Week 2: Wednesday to Friday.

Requirements:
- Ideally previous experience of working in a production environment with machinery
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and be physically active
- Maintain concentration throughout shifts where tasks are repetitive
- Open to working in a production environment with varying temperatures
