Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking qualified and caring Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-standard care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As an RBT at Above and Beyond Therapy, you will have a rewarding role with opportunities for growth, excellent clinical support, and a competitive compensation package of $20-28 per hour.
Responsibilities and Duties
You will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments, implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and submit session notes. Your responsibilities also include collaborating with peers and supervisors, participating in staff meetings and trainings, and having a reliable vehicle for commuting to various locations.
Qualifications and Skills
To qualify, you need experience working with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder, effective English communication skills, and a valid state ID. You must also have reliable transportation, pass a criminal background check, and hold an RBT certification.

Schedule
Our working hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as needed. There is up to 25% travel required for this role.
Requirements
- RBT Certification (Required)
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
- The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families
- Valid state identification card
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check
