Field Sales Activator (Merchandiser)

We are looking for a Field Sales Activator to join our team in Freiburg, Offenburg, and surrounding areas. As a Field Sales Activator, you will be responsible for promoting the Red Bull brand and products to customers in the retail, petrol station, and gaming sectors.

You will work independently, visiting outlets to ensure they are presenting the Red Bull brand effectively, and engage with customers to drive sales and distribution. You will also collaborate with Field Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and participate in promotional activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring outlets are well-stocked with Red Bull products and presented in accordance with the Perfect Store concept
• Building relationships with existing customers and acquiring new ones
• Supporting Field Sales Managers with promotional activities and agreements
• Networking and communicating effectively with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training or equivalent
• Fluent German language skills
• Basic knowledge of commercial topics
• Experience in the German FMCG industry is beneficial but not required
• Valid driver's license (Class B)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of self-motivation and enthusiasm
