Description
We are seeking a Security Operations Manager to lead our threat assessment and communications efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and assess security- and safety-related information from various sources
- Partner with internal stakeholders, other Disney security operations centers, and external agencies
- Evaluate and implement technologies to enhance information gathering, reporting, and operational coordination
- Train and develop team members to maintain high professional standards
- Support crisis management and decision-making during incidents
Qualifications & Experience:
- University degree required; postgraduate qualification in security, information management, or emergency management preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the security field, with exposure to security operations and communication centers
- Practical understanding of the operations of a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) will be an advantage
- Experience managing teams (10+ headcount) is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of information gathering platforms, OSINT tools, CCTV, access control, incident management, and mass notification systems
- Trilingual proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
- Professional certifications are desirable
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, briefing, and decision-making capabilities
- Proven ability to handle sensitive or classified information with discretion
